Background

I am a London-based lighting cameraman with a broad range of credits and clients. My work has taken me around the world, from Antarctica to the Arctic Circle and has been seen on many channels including BBC1, BBC2, BBC4 and Channel Four. I have also worked extensively for many independent broadcast, commercial and corporate production companies.

Having formerly trained within camera equipment houses, I have a solid technical background but also a passion for engaging storytelling and creative lighting, having lit countless interviews, drama scenes and pieces to camera.

Much of my recent work has been filming wildlife for the BBC Natural History Unit. Whether using long lens or remote systems,  I am comfortable working in challenging, remote locations and using specialist systems. I have worked extensively with remote camera systems filming both wildlife and entertainment rig shows.

Whether filming wildlife, sync, actuality or remote camera sequences I am competent, creative and reliable. I can adapt quickly to any situation whether working within a team or being sent off alone with a brief.

Please do feel free to call to discuss any future filming projects. I am always very happy to have a chat.

I look forward to hearing from you.
